William Gonzalez

William (Bill) Gonzalez, 84, of Chester, died Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY. William was born August 11, 1930 in New York, NY, the son of Emilio and Mary (Brandi) Gonzalez. He served in the U.S. Reserves; and worked many years for the Insurance industry, working for AIG, and later retiring from Frontier Insurance, Monticello, NY. He was active in the Chester Senior Citizens Group. Bill is survived by his wife, Gloria Gonzalez at home; son, William Gonzalez, Jr. and wife Ada of Sloatsburg, NY; daughter, Diane Iamartino and husband Michael Jr. of Goshen; sister, Clara Tripoli of Brooklyn; 2 grandchildren, Eric and Alexandra Gonzalez; niece, Laura Tripoli and nephew, James Tripoli. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 29 from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY, with the funeral service at 7:30 pm.
