Veronica Korey

Veronica "Ronnie" Korey, 82, of Goshen, entered into rest on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Kaplan Family Hospice Residence, Newburgh, NY. Ronnie was born May 4, 1933 in Goshen, NY, the daughter of John and Cecelia (Stone) Golemboski. She was the widow of Robert John Korey. Ronnie is survived by her son, Dale and wife Teresa; daughter, Leslie Shaw and husband Gary; grandchildren, Rachel Lindley, Michael and fiancé, Heather and Jacquelyn and fiancé, Jack; great grandchildren, Skylar, Cameron and baby L.J.; sister, Josephine Kilssel; sister-in-laws, Carol Korey, Elaine Wade and Ann Korey; brother-in-law, Tom Korey; and niece Kyle Nolan. She was predeceased by her parents, husband, Robert, siblings, Pauline Arnott, Frances Dunn, Vincent Golemboski, John Golemboski, Raymond Golemboski and Louise Golemboski, and brother-in-law, Richard Korey. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave., Goshen. Burial will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Goshen.
