Thomas Ricciardi

Thomas Ricciardi, 67, of Slate Hill, NY, died Monday, December 12, 2016 after a long and courageous battle with cirrhosis. Thomas was born February 4, 1949 in Bronx, NY, the son of James and Helen Ricciardi. He was the owner of Tom's Dark Horse Inn, Slate Hill, NY. To say he was an avid motorcycle enthusiast would be an understatement. His passion for riding was extraordinary. He would ride with anyone, anytime because he loved the freedom of the open road. He is survived by his mother Helen Ricciardi of Slate Hill, NY; son Derek Ricciardi and his wife Angela of Tillson, NY; and Eileen Dorian of Goshen, NY. He was predeceased by his son James "JJ" Ricciardi and his father James Ricciardi. Visitation will be Thursday, December 15 from 5 to 8 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10 am on Friday, December 16, 2016 at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen, NY. Burial will follow in Ridgebury Cemetery, Slate Hill, NY.
