He is the son of the late Thomas Goggin and the late Katherine (Fitzgerald) Goggin. He married Margaret Goggin. Thomas was employed by Local #638, New York, NY as a Steam Fitter. He was a member of the race car drivers association. He drove Sprint cars and Miniature Indy cars Thomas is survived by 2 Sisters - Margaret A. Phillips of Campbell Hall, NY, Patsy Sketh of Mahopac, NY.; 2 Brothers -Edward Goggin of Cincinnati, Ohio, John Goggin of Silver Springs, Maryland; 14 Nieces & Nephews Thomas was Pre-Deceased by His Parents, His Wife - Margaret Goggin and his Brother - Michael Goggin ; ; The Funeral will be held 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY..
