Thomas Foy

Thomas J. Foy, age 67, of Port Jervis NY died Saturday, April 26, 2008 at Schervier Pavilion, Warwick. Mr. Foy was born in Staten Island, NY , the son of the late Thomas L. and Ethel (Burns) Foy. He was employed as a Manager with Avaya, Inc of North Carolina.. The family would like to express their appreciation to, Dr. William Cieplinski, Dr. Peter Bezdicek and the other fine physicians at Goshen Medical Associates, also Dr. Tomi Prvulovic. They would also like to thank Schervier Pavilion for the wonderful care given to Thomas. He is survived by two daughters; Diana McKenzie and her husband Merle of Higganum, CT; Rosemarie Juarain and her husband Luke of Port Jervis, NY; sister, Patricia Mayer and her husband Bernd of Wilmington, DE; three grandchildren, Grace Rose, Jake Thomas and Meghan Elizabeth; nieces, Christine Strouss and son James, Jennifer Poppiti her husband Michael and their children Anna and Michael. Predeceased by a sister, Claire Taylor A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 AM on Sunday, May 4, 2008 at Mount Alverno, Warwick, NY Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
