STEPHEN JAMES SULLIVAN CHESTER, NEW YORK Stephen James Sullivan, 66, of Chester, NY died Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at the Bronx VA Hospital in Bronx, NY. Stephen was born January 7, 1943 in the Bronx. The son of James and Helen (Smith) Sullivan. He was the widower of Theresa Sullivan. Stephen served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He was employed by Local #38, Brewster, NY as a Sheet Metal Worker. "Dad was a hard working man, a good father but most of all he loved and enjoyed his grandchildren." He is survived by his daughter; Ann Zeak and husband Michael of Parsippany, NJ; sons, Daniel Sullivan and wife Candice of Columbus, OH and Stephen D. Sullivan of Chester, NY; brothers, Gary Sullivan and wife Mary Clare and James Sullivan and wife Sherida; sister, Alice Salmon and husband Frank; 3 grandchildren, Jaden, Tyler and Michael and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and his wife Theresa. Visitation will be Friday, November 13, 2009 from 4-8 pm and Saturday, November 14, from 9:00 to 10:30 am at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church St. Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 11:30 am at St. Columba R.C. Church, Rt. 94, Chester, NY. Burial will follow in St. Columba Cemetery, Chester, NY.
