Shirley Grammas

Shirley H. Grammas, 79, of Goshen, died Monday, July 28, 2014 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY. Shirley was born May 25, 1935 in Porterville, CA, the daughter of the late Howard and Olive (Gates) Slates. She retired as Food Service Supervisor from the Orange County Infirmary in Goshen, NY, was a member of the Red Hats and the Goshen Seniors. Shirley is survived by her two sons, Dean Grammas of Bloomingburg and Michael Grammas and wife Leslie-Marie of Middletown; her sister, Gloria, McDonell of Hanford, CA; her grandson, Matthew Grammas; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, August 3 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY, with a Prayer Service at 4:00 pm. Burial will be private.
