Semen Wishka

Semen "Sam" Wishka, 93, of Chester passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at home in Chester, NY. Semen was born December 29, 1918 in Rava Ruska, Galicia Ukraine, the son of Maxim and Katerina (Butrym) Wishka. He was the widower of Maria Dyka Wishka. He was a retired Stock Control Clerk for JP Morgan, Manhattan, NY. He is survived by his son, Walter Jaroslaw Wishka of Chester and daughter, Helen Duss of Chester; grandchildren, Philip Duss and Mariana Duss and several nieces and nephews in the Ukraine. Visitation will be Friday, December 28 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM & 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, December 29 at 11:00 am at St. Andrews Ukrainian Catholic Church, Campbell Hall, NY. Burial will follow in Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Campbell Hall, NY.
