Rose Lisi

Rose C. Lisi Wallkill, NY Rose C. Lisi, 93, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2017 in Middletown, NY. Rose was a longtime resident of Maybrook, she resided in Colorado for 25 years and recently returned to this area. Rose was a resident at Braemar Living in Wallkill. Rose was born July 5, 1923, in Maybrook, NY, the daughter of Antonio and Filomena (Stefanie) Crello. She was the loving wife of Nicholas A. Lisi who predeceased her in 2007. Rose was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America; the Ladies Auxiliary VFW; and worked for several years for Scotts Corners Liquor Store. Rose was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, her greatest treasure was her family. She is survived by her daughter Rosemary Warren of Goshen, NY; son, Nicholas A. Lisi and wife Katherine of Florissant, CO; brother, Armond DiPoalo and wife Sheila of Montgomery, NY; 5 grandchildren, Thomas Weeden, Jr. and wife Laura, Tania Lisi and husband John, Hillary Ligon and husband Kyle, Adam Lisi (Jenna) and William Lisi (Marissa); 9 great grandchildren, Kyle, Kayla, Kaitlyn, Karlee, Taylor, Nicholas, Anthony, Arthur and Adelyn; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial Visitation will be Thursday, March 2 from 4 to 6 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY.
