Roberta E. (Lewis) White Goshen, New York Roberta E. (Lewis) White, 83, of Goshen, died Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY surrounded by her loving family. Roberta was born December 29, 1930 in Middletown, NY, the daughter of Frank and Dorothy E. (Walter) Lewis. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and friend to many. Roberta retired from the Highland Telephone Company in Monroe, NY as a Telephone Operator; she was Secretary for Slate Hill Cemetery Association, Goshen and she was an avid bingo participant at St. John's Bingo, Goshen, NY. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn R. Marsh of Geneva, NY; her son, Harold "Bob" White of Glendale, AZ; 4 sisters, Virginia Berrian and husband Roy of South Hampton, NJ, Patricia Baldwin of Delmar, NY, Marty Howell of Goshen, NY, and Beverly Lewis of Delmar, NY; sisters-in-law, Bea Lewis of Coca Beach, FL and Dolly Suydam of Wyckoff, NJ; 4 Grandchildren, Michael Marsh and wife Kristine, Jacqueline LaCosta and husband C.J., Daniel Marsh, Lori Bonito and husband Greg; 8 great-grandchildren, Joey, Jason, Carolina LaCosta; Alex and Melanie Bonito, Kathryn, Lauren, and Patrick Marsh; many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold R. White, parents, Frank and Dorothy Lewis, brother, Christian Lewis and sister, Joan Scarine and her husband Joe. Memorial Visitation will be Saturday, October 18 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY, with a Memorial Service at 2:30 pm with Deacon Thomas Liotta officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
