Raymond Ortiz, age 36, of Goshen, NY died Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at his private residence in Goshen, NY Mr. Ortiz was born January 16, 1971 in New York, NY the son of the late Ramon Ortiz and Cecilia (Torres) Ortiz. He was employed by the Times Herald Record , Middletown, NY as a Dispatcher. He is survived by his mother, Cecilia Ortiz of Brooklyn, NY and his sister, Jacqueline Ortiz of Brooklyn, NY Visitation will be at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday, July 21, 2007 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.. A Prayer Service will be held Saturday, July 21, at 3:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
