Rachel was born September 20, 1952 in Goshen, NY, the daughter of the late George and Shirley Hunter Wisher. She was a Cashier for Lloyd's Shopping Center, Middletown, NY. Rachel is survived by her daughters, Tronya Hodges of Middletown, Tonya Hodges James and husband Kevin; her mother Shirley Hunter Wisher; sister, Connie Lewis and husband Gilbert of Middletown; 2 granddaughters, Tishaunta Portee and Makayla Garretto; nephews, Christopher Lewis and Gilbert Lewis, Jr.; and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. She was predeceased by her father George Jr. and brother George Wisher III. Visitation will be Monday, October 31 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY, with the Funeral Service in the funeral home at 1:00 pm with Reverend Joshua Stewart officiating.
