Ponciano was born September 1, 1977 in Mexico, the son of Cirilo and Epifania (Angon) Vazquez. He was the husband of Rosalba Vazquez. Visitation will be Sunday, November 1 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. Burial will be in Calle Independencia, Huitchila Morelos, Mexico. .
