Patricia Silvernail

Patricia Silvernail, 73, of Hudson Fla, former long time Goshen resident, passed away Friday March 14, 2014 at Bayonnette Point Hospital in Hudson, Fla after a brief illness. She was a long time member of St James Episcopal Church and had coached Goshen Youth League softball back in the 70's. She was a very active member of the community clubhouse in Florida. She was the widow of the late Ralph Silvernail who predeceased her 10 months ago. She is survived by two sons: Robert Silvernail and his wife Donna of Palm Bay, FL, Randy Silvernail of Annapolis, MD; three daughters: Jeanne Healy and her husband James of New Hampton, NY, Ruthann Galvin and her husband William of Middletown, NY , Robin Purdy and her husband Larry of Middletown, NY. 14 grandchildren: Jamie, Thomas, Christopher, Christy, Jonathan, Mathew, Billy, Brendan, Michele, Steven, Christopher, Robert, Aubrie and Elijah. 3 great grandsons: Christopher, Anthony and Derrick. Brothers: William of TN and George and his wife Grace of Montgomery. Many nieces and nephews and dear friends. She was predeceased by brothers: Charles, Harry and Lawrence Weeden. Sisters: Grace Zuclich, Audrey Hartnett, Joan Kramer and Sharon Edwards andgranddaughter Ashley Silvernail. A family statement reads "Pat will alway be remembered for being a great cook and the "cookie lady" as she was always baking cookies for everyone and was sure to remember their favorite kind! As her grandkids say - she was the best grandma in the world! She will definitely be missed!" Per Patricia's wishes there will be no visitation. Funeral services will be held May 3rd at 11:00 AM at St. James Episcopal Church, Goshen.
