Mildred Henry

Mildred J. Henry Campbell Hall, NY Mildred Jean Henry, age 60, of Campbell Hall, died Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY. Mildred was born October 9, 1954 in Goshen, NY. She was the youngest of 10 children of the late John and Claire (Dale) Memmelaar. She was a graduate from Warwick High School. She was employed by Orange AHRC, Campbell Hall, NY as an LPN. She was a beloved Wife, Mother and Grandmother. Her family and friends were her life's passions. Milly was a Girl Scout leader, 4H Leader, and a volunteer at Hill Hold Museum where she ran "Aunt Milly's Summer Kitchen". She was also a volunteer for the Orange County Farmer's Museum, Grand Hollow Tractor Club, Orange County CERT team, and the Hamptonburgh Country Festival Committee. Milly was always the life of the party and made friends wherever she went; she knew everyone! She loved line dancing. She was blessed with a wonderful sense of humor and "story telling" abilities. Milly loved cooking, gardening and sharing her creations with us all. She will be greatly missed. Milly is survived by her husband of 37 years: Donald P. Henry; daughters, Tracy L. Henry and Mary C. Lewis and her husband David; Granddaughter Hailey Grace Lewis (her baby doll); mother-in-law Mary Henry; five brothers, Albert Memmelaar and wife Bernadette, Fred Memmelaar, Martin Memmelaar and his wife Carolyn, Herman Memmelaar and his wife Judy, Sherman Memmelaar and his wife Sandra, and sister-in-law Karen Memmelaar; long time friend (who was like a sister) Gerri Hughes; a sister-in-law Suzanne Cunningham, and many loving nieces and nephews. Mildred was predeceased by her Brother John and his wife Betty, Brother Bernie, Brother Dale and his wife Peg, Brother Cad and sister-in-law Sally. Calling hours will be Friday, February 13 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. The funeral will be held 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY with Pastor Susan officiating. Burial will be in Orange County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Goshen on Saturday, February 14, 2015. Contributions in Mildred's name may be made to the charity of your choice.
