Mildred Ball

Mildred Ball New Hampton, New York Mildred Ball, age 78, of New Hampton, NY, died Thursday, July 22, 2010 at her home in New Hampton. Mildred was born May 30, 1932 in Detriot, Michigan, the daughter of Myron and Kathryn (Fields) Olson. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert A. Ball on October 25, 1991. Mildred was a member of the Orange County Grasshoppers Golf and a 4 time champion of the West Point Women's Golf League. Mildred had her pilot's license and enjoyed flying. She is survived by her son, Donald Ball of Town of Wawayanda; 5 daughters, Deborah Ball, Sandra Delle-Donne and Janet Ball, all of the Town of Wawayanda and Lorraine Cassano of North Salem, NY and Roberta Ball of Mohegan Lake, NY; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Mildred was predeceased by her parents; husband, Robert and son, John Ball. A gathering of friends and family will be Friday, July 30 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the family home, 288 Turtle Bay Road, New Hampton, NY.
