Michael Rutkowski

Michael J. Rutkowski, 49, of Milton, FL, formerly of Campbell Hall, NY died Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Sacred Heart Hospital, Pensacola, FL. Michael was born June 27, 1963 in Middletown, NY, the son of Alex J. and Cecilia (Sanok) Rutkowski. Michael was a 1981 graduate of Goshen High School. He formerly worked for NY Bituminous, Chester, NY, and he was recently employed by Apac in Pensacola, FL as a Foreman. In the short time Mike was here he touched the hearts and lives of many. He had a great love for his family, fishing, boating and riding. With the wind in his hair and the sun on his back he rides off to heaven. He is survived by his wife, Amanda Rutkowski of Milton, FL; parents, Cecilia and Alex Rutkowski of Campbell Hall; step children, Rusty and Derek at home, Sarah Carr of PA, and Jennifer Russell of Winter Haven, FL; sister, Dorothy Callahan and husband Thomas of Olney, MD; brother, Richard A. Rutkowski of Campbell Hall, sister, Monica M. Rossi and husband Franco of Bullville, NY; grandchildren, Kyle, Ethan; and Patrick; nieces and nephews, Thomas J. Callahan, Dr. Michele Callahan, and Alexa M. Koppenal. Memorial Visitation will be Friday, June 14 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 am on Saturday, June 15 at St. John The Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen, NY. Burial will be private.
