Martha Ann Barbera

Martha A. Barbera of Goshen, NY, formerly of Glendale, NY entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Park Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Care of Middletown, she was 93. Martha was born on May 6, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Fay (Sarricca) Tabona. She was employed by New York Telephone as an Administrative Assistant for 25 happy years. Martha is survived by her daughters; Catherine Burns, Filipa Magno, and Jacqueline DeSantis (Arthur), her Grandchildren; Nicole DeSantis, Stephanie DeSantis, Christina Manero (Anthony), Bernadette Burns, Jaclyn Ceparano (Donald), John Magno (Melanie), Michael Magno (Katelin), as well as Great Grandchildren; Anthony, Nicolette, James, Salvatore, Jack, Autumn, Anthony and Brooklyn. Martha is pre-deceased by her beloved parents Joseph and Fay Tabona, her loving husband Ben Barbera and her dear Son in Law James Burns. The family would like to thank the nurses, aides and staff of Park Manor Rehabilitation & Nursing Care for the love and care they showed our mother during her time there. Memorial Visitation will be Friday, August 13 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY with the funeral service being held at 7:00 pm.
