Marilyn C. Gallagher, 83, of Monroe, entered into rest on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Elant at Goshen in Goshen, NY. Marilyn was born April 11, 1933 in Bronx, NY, the daughter of Francis Joseph and Loretta (Sullivan) Quinn. Marilyn retired as an Attendance Secretary from the Washingtonville School District, Washingtonville, NY; she was a member of St. Mary's Church and the Catholic Daughters; she also volunteered for FISH. She is survived by her children, Hugh Gallagher and wife Jean of Goshen; Susan Seabrook and husband Stephen of Litchfield, NH, Kathy McGoldrick and husband James of Otisville, Jeanine Cosimano and husband Michael of Goshen and Kevin Gallagher and wife Laura of Washingtonville; her sister Loretta McNierney of Hicksville, NY; 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Raymond Gallagher and her daughter Rosheen Gallagher. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 26 from 4 to 8 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at St. Mary's R. C. Church, Washingtonville, NY. Burial will be follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Washingtonville, NY.
