Laura Ann Moos

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Laura Ann Moos on June 19th, 2024. Laura Ann was born on July 13th, 1964 in Queens, NY to the late Lorraine and James Donohue.

Laura was a beloved wife, mother, sister, colleague, and friend. The simple things in life brought her joy, including spending time with her loved ones and being at her favorite place, Brigantine beach, listening to the sounds of the waves while soaking up the sunshine. She loved listening to Chicago and laughing with her family at Anthony Rodia comedy shows.

Laura was always a very bright soul and spent her career as an Executive Assistant in Administration for over 30 years. She spent many years growing professionally throughout many facilities, including Arden Hill Hospital, Horton Medical Center, Orange Regional Medical Center, and most recently Garnet Health Medical Center. She was a dedicated and loyal employee who built friendships that will last a lifetime.

Laura was the most selfless human. To know her was to love her. She was compassionate, radiant, beautiful, kind, and the epitome of a good woman. She was the shining light in every room, and that is how she will always be remembered.

Laura is survived by her husband, Frank Moos; daughter, Katherine Moos; future son in law, Brandon Forzono; brother, James Donohue; sister in law, Rose Donohue; nephew, James Donohue; late sister in law, Annmarie Coppola predeceased by her husband, James Coppola; nephew, Brandon Coppola; and many long term friends that loved her deeply.

The family would like to thank everyone from Garnet Health Medical Center who did everything they could for Laura during the most difficult and challenging moments.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 21st from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Donovan Funeral Home, 82 S Church St, Goshen, NY. (*** MASS CHANGE***) A mass will be held in her memory on Saturday, June 22nd at 11am at St Joseph's Roman Catholic Church
