Julia Sech, 79, of Horseheads, NY died Saturday, March 8, 2008 in Danbury Hospital, Danbury, CT. Julia was born May 28, 1928 in Poland, the daughter of Theodore and Anna (Lukachik) Kostiw. She was the wife of Joseph Sech and a member of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church in Elmira, NY. Julia is survived by her husband: Joseph Sech of Horseheads, NY; daughter, Roberta Sech and husband Stan Hart of Ridgefield, CT; son, Myron Sech and wife Lisa of Brooklyn, NY; brothers William Kostiw of Elmira, NY, Andre Kostiw and Michael Kostiw; sisters, Maria and Anna; 2 grandchildren Alexandra and Anthony; and many nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Andrews Ukrainian Catholic Church, Campbell Hall, NY. Interment will follow in Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Campbell Hall, NY. Arrangements under the care of the Donovan Funeral Home, Goshen, NY.
