Joanne M. Gonda Middletown, NY Joanne M. Gonda, 83, of Middletown, NY died Sunday, February 26, 2012 at ORMC-Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY. Joanne was born August 22, 1928 in Newburyport, MA, the daughter of George Dearborn and Mary (Stacklin) Pinkham. Joanne retired as Secretary to the Principal at Washingtonville Central School District, Washingtonville, NY. She was a member of the Campbell Hall Senior Citizens. She is survived by her husband, Horacio Gonda; children, Mary Lee Westbrook, Emory Rucker, Suzanne Brinckerhoff and Gigi Trance; brothers, Fred and John Browne; 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and her daughter, Lynn Wallace. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 29 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, March 1 at the Funeral Home with Father Carl Lunden officiating. Burial will follow in Hamptonburgh Cemetery, Hamptonburgh, NY.
