Joan Zeffiro, 97, of Middletown passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Garnet Medical Center, Middletown, NY.
Joan was born September 19, 1925 in Queens, NY, the daughter of William and Helen Hamilton.
She was the Owner of Mar'sals, Middletown, NY.
She is survived by her children, Sylvester Zeffiro, James Zeffiro, Thomas Zeffiro, Katherine Zeffiro, Joan Simon and Sandra Zaino; and 16 grandchildren.
Joan was predeceased by her husband Sylvester and daughter, Gilda Asher
Visitation will be Thursday, October 6 from 4 to 7 PM at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY.
The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will be held 10:00 am on Friday, October 7, 2022 at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY.
Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Middletown, NY.
In lieu of flowers and because of Mom's love for animals, memorial donations may be made to an Animal Shelter of one's choice.
