Joan Mendres

Joan Mendres, 73, of Goshen, NY entered into rest on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY. Joan was born June 7, 1942 in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of Theodore and Pauline (Cymbala) Zahorbenski. She retired from the Orange DA Drug Task Office, Goshen, NY as a Secretary. Joan is survived by her husband, Dick Mendres at home; daughter, Jennifer DenDanto and her husband Carmen of Goshen; 2 grandchildren, Evan and Jillian DenDanto; brother, Theodore Zahorbenski and his wife Sheri of San Diego, CA; niece Kim and nephew Matt. The family would like to thank the ladies at Infusion on Hatfield Lane, Goshen, NY. Visitation will be Thursday, March 31 from 4-7 pm at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY; with the Service at 6:30 pm. Cremation by Cedar Hill Crematory.
