Jeffery Howell, 58, of Bloomingburg, NY, died Saturday, April 18, 2020 at home. Jeffery was born February 20, 1962 in Middletown, NY; the son of Floyd Howell and Majorie (Lewis) Howell. He worked as a Carpenter. Survived by Mother, Marjorie; sister, Sharon Nowak; daughter, Shannon; son, and five grandchildren. Predeceased by sister, Donna Egbertson and father, Floyd (Pete) Howell.
