Jan Riepma

Jan Anton Riepma Goshen, New York Jan Anton Riepma, 70, of Goshen died Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at Orange Regional Medical Center-Arden Hill Campus, Goshen, NY. Jan was born December 23, 1940 in Usquert, Netherlands, the son of Remmert and Maria (Roodvoets) Riepma. He was a graduate of Washingtonville High School class of 1959. Jan was a New York State Trooper for Troop F achieving the rank of Sergeant and Station Commander of SP Monroe before retiring in 1989. Jan was also a founding member and treasurer of GOVAC. He is survived by his son, Michael Riepma of Goshen; daughter Karen Juers of Otisville; grandson Michael Riepma of Syracuse and two granddaughters Anastasia Juers of Canterbury UK and Jeanette-Lynn Juers of Salem VA. Burial will be private in the family plot. Arrangements are under the care of the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., Goshen.
