Helen Irene Arent Goshen, New York Helen Irene Arent, 72, of 101 of Goshen died Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Orange Regional Medical Center-Arden Hill Campus, Goshen, NY. Helen was born August 25, 1938 in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of Ralph and Helen Irene (Andersen) Holm. Helen retired as a Secretary from Prentice Hall, Old Tappan, NJ. She was a loving Mother and Grandmother. She was an inspiration to everyone who knew her. She is survived by her 4 children, Karen Arent and husband Keith DellaVecchia, John Arent, Eric Arent and Bonnie Arent; her sister, Karen Deer and husband Brian; 4 grandchildren, Lea, Matthew and Daniel DellaVecchia and Kristy McCormack; niece, Laurel Kennedy and nephew, Brian Deer. She was predeceased by her parents. Visitation will be Saturday, September 4, 2010 from 9:00 - 10:45 am at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen. The Funeral Service will be Saturday at 11:00 at St. James Episcopal Church, St. James Street, Goshen. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Middletown, NY.
