Gladys Loyas

Gladys J. Loyas, 84, of New Hampton, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at her daughter's home in Middletown. Gladys was born July 21, 1930 in Warwick, NY, the daughter of William J. and Julia Slesinski. She was the widow of Stanley Loyas. She was a retired business office manager at Middletown Diagnostic Group in Middletown, NY and St. Anthony's Hospital in Warwick, NY. Mom enjoyed antiquing with her sister Frances, as well as playing the slots at local casinos. No more suffering Mom, rest in peace. A heartfelt thank you to Lidia Koulova M.D., Phd., and the transfusion staff at Goshen Medical Associates and Hospice. She is survived by her sons, Joseph Loyas and his wife Barbara, David Loyas and his wife Helene, her daughters, Brigid Gorczynski and Therese Loyas, her grandchildren, Melissa, Jeremy, Lindsay, Wesley and Kristen, and two great-grandchildren. There will be no visitation and burial will be private as per Gladys's wishes. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Goshen, NY.
