Gerald Dembeck

Gerald (Jerry) Dembeck, age 67, of Campbell Hall, passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2018. Jerry was born June 13, 1951 in Goshen, NY. He is the son of the late Joseph and the late Geraldine (Murray) Dembeck. Jerry was a lifelong area resident and farmer. He was an avid bowler, creating incredible friendships along the way. He was known for a gruff exterior, however won over everyone he met with his incredible heart. He begrudgingly gained a YouTube fan base and was known to the YouTube world as Grumpus. Jerry was always willing to help anyone in their time of need. He will be sorely missed and never forgotten. He is survived by; brothers Joseph Dembeck of Goshen, Richard Dembeck of Connecticut; sister Irene Drake of Campbell Hall; nephews Steven Drake , Adam Drake, Joseph Dembeck, and Jonathan Dembeck; nieces Kimberly Dembeck and Adrienne Dembeck, and several great nieces and nephews. Interment will be at the privacy of the family. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The Hudson Valley Honor Flight in Jerry's name.
