GEORGE E. RUBIANO GOSHEN, NEW YORK George E. Rubiano, 61, of Goshen, NY, died Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Campbell Hall Health Care Center, Campbell Hall, NY. George was born March 9, 1947 in Colombia, South America the son of the late Ramon and the late Ana (Sandoval) Rubiano. He was the husband of Elberta (Ellie) G. Gray. He served in the Army from 1966 to 1967 and was retired from the City Of New York. George is survived by his wife: Elberta (Ellie) at home; sisters, Carmen Ramirez of New York and Dora Rubiano of New York; brothers, Enrique Rubiano of Puerto Rico and Fabio Rubiano of New Jersey; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, November 24, 2008 from 4-7 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church St., Goshen. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, November 25, in the Funeral Home at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in Orange County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Goshen, NY.
