Frances Murphy

Frances (Moscato) Murphy, age 87, of Brooklyn entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 25, 2019. Fran was born August 25, 1932 in Brooklyn, New York. She was the daughter of the late Concordio Moscato and the late Rosina (Alleca) Moscato. Beloved wife of the late James A. Murphy. Loving mother of James A. Murphy and his wife, AnnMarie and Patrice Bowen and her husband, Edward. Cherished Nana of Kevin Bowen and Megan Bowen. Loving sister of the late Jacqueline Cretella and Mary Salica of Greenwood Lake, New York. Fran was the loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Reposing Monday, October 28, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Donovan Funeral Home, 82 South Church Street, Goshen. Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 29 at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Avenue, Goshen. Burial to immediately follow at St. John's Cemetery, Middle Village, Queens.
