Frances Clifford

Frances Clifford Goshen, New York Frances Clifford, 93, a resident of Goshen, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2011. Frances was born on June 5, 1917 in County Roscommon, Ireland, to Patrick and Teresa (McGrath) Malone. She was the widow of John Clifford. She is the beloved mother of Timothy P. Clifford of Long Island City, NY and Mary N. Sullivan and husband, Daniel at home. The devoted grandmother of Daniel F., John C. (Jack) and Joseph K. Sullivan, all at home. She was predeceased by, two sisters, Teresa Thomas, Mary Malone and two brothers, Bernard and Patrick Malone. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church in Goshen. She was a long time resident of Brooklyn, NY and a parishioner of Saint Anselm's Church in Bay Ridge. She was a secretary for American International Group, Inc., in New York City. Visitation will be Friday, March 18 from 5-8 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, March 19 at 10:00 am at St. John the Evangelist R.C., 71 Murray Avenue, Goshen. Burial will follow in Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden, NY.
