Eugene R. Walters, Sr. Campbell Hall, New York Eugene R. Walters, Sr., 81, of Campbell Hall, NY, died Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at Park Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Care, Middletown. Eugene was born June 13, 1927 in High View, NY the son of Eugene E. and Georgianna (McDermott) Walters. Eugene was a retired foreman from the New York State D.O.T. in Middletown, NY. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the Middletown Elks Club. Gene loved his grandchildren and being with his family and friends. He will be sadly missed. He is survived by his wife, Frances "Irene" Walters at home; son, Eugene R. Walters, Jr. of East Stroudsburg, PA; daughters, Dolores I. Napello and husband Ronald of Goshen, NY, June R. Bell of New Hampton, NY and Tina L. Rowe and husband Gregory of Goshen, NY; sisters, Rose Stelljes, Dolores Wilson and Dorothy Neuwirth; brothers, Roger Walters and Sheldon Walters; 6 grandchildren, Ryan, Matthew, Brandon, Kristin, Stephanie and Kiley; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and sister, Florence Barrett. Visitation will be Friday, June 5, 2009 from 6-8 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen. The Funeral Service will be held Friday in the Funeral Home at 8:00 pm. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
