Ella Chirco

Ella Chirco, 88, a resident of Campbell Hall, died Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Valley View Center, Goshen, NY. Devoted wife of Peter, who predeceased her, loving mother of Annmarie Arleo, Kathleen Zach and husband Thomas, Charles Chirco and wife Petra, and Gabrielle Berger and husband Christopher; beloved Nana to 8 grandchildren and great grandmother of three; survived by her brother, Anthony DeMeglio; loved by cousins, nieces and nephews. Ella was born April 16, 1927 in Queens, NY, the daughter of Dominick DeMeglio and Ruth Ann (Curtis) DeMeglio. . The family wishes to thank the staff especially the care givers at Valley View Center for the outstanding care given to our mom. Visitation will be Sunday, January 17 from 2-4 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Memorial Mass will be held 10:00 am on Monday, January 18, 2016 at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen, NY. Burial will be private with the family.
