Elizabeth Ann Duffy Newburgh, New York Elizabeth Ann Duffy, 63, of Newburgh passed away after a courageous battle with cancer Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Orange Regional Medical Center-Arden Hill Campus, Goshen, NY. Elizabeth was born November 21, 1946 in the Bronx, NY, the daughter of the late Patrick Joseph and the late Mary (McMahon) Regan. She was the widow of Edward Duffy. Elizabeth was a Registered Nurse at ORMC Arden Hill Campus, Goshen, NY. She was a Parishioner of St. Mary's Church in Washingtonville. Elizabeth will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her son, Timothy Duffy and his wife, Patricia of Chester; sister, Maureen Albarino and her husband John of New Windsor; her beloved grandchildren, Michael Edward Duffy II and Chloe Ann Duffy; niece, Suzanne Kelly of the Bronx; and nephew, Thomas Kelly and his wife Jennifer and their children of Manorville, NY. She was predeceased by her parents, husband Edward and her son, Michael Edward Duffy. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 15 from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, September 16 at St. Mary's R. C. Church, Washingtonville, NY. Burial will follow in Wallkill Cemetery, Middletown, NY. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Elizabeth's name to St. Jude's Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
