Eleanor L. Rhodes New Windsor, N.Y. Eleanor L. Rhodes,of New Windsor, N.Y., entered into rest on Thursday, August 11, 2016, at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, NY, she was 86 years old. Eleanor is the daughter of the late Ralph Peterson and the late Gertrude Gibson Peterson (Washburn), born on September 28, 1929 in Oneonta, NY. She was predeceased by her loving husband Myron L. Rhodes and her first husband John J. Heffner. She is survived by her son John M. Heffner, Sr., along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
