In Memory of Elberta Gail Gray Rubiano. Elberta Gail Rubiano, 73, of Goshen entered into rest Friday, May 21, 2021. Elberta was born September 25, 1947 in New York, NY. She is the daughter of the late Harvey Albert and the late Eleanor Grace (Clouser) Gray. Wife of Beloved husband George Rubiano(deceased 2008). Elder sister Evelyn Gray(deceased 2020) Survived by younger sister Donna and Husband Bill Spero. Nieces and nephews Billy and Kristopher Spero, Crystal Spero-Fedynak. Carolyn Brett and her children Kimberly and Timothy along with their grandfather Chris Neese. Great niece and nephew Layla Sophia and Dylan Kristopher. Cousins from Pennsylvania Charlotte, Karen, Stuart, Wayne and their families. Her beloved cats Honey and Kooky and their cousin Shorty. She loved horseback riding, the outdoors, hunting and fishing, traveling to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Mexico alongside her beloved George. Ellie worked as a Claims Manager for 25+ years and was able to happily retire. She also was able to gain experience working with a local law firm and hone skills designing menus for restaurants. Ellie, we all Love you and will Miss you always. You will be in our hearts and prayers every day. Rainbows always! The Funeral Service life will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Orange County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Craigville Road, Goshen, NY.
