Dorothy L. Fritz

Dorothy L. Fritz, 91, of Glen Spey, NY, lovingly known as "DotMom" entered into rest on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at Garnet Health Medical Center, Middletown, NY.

Dorothy was born September 21, 1931 in Bronx, NY, the daughter of John and Muriel (Hagen) Porr.

She served in the US Navy "The Great Lakes Chicago during the Korean War. On October 11,1952 she married her childhood sweetheart Gerard "Jerry" Fritz. Dorothy retired as a Proof Operator for Manufacturers Handover in Monroe, NY. She will be remembered for her love for her family, all animals and holidays.

She is survived by her children, Karen Coulter (Douglas) of Middletown, NY, Richard (Melissa) Fritz of Glen Spey, NY; grandsons, Brent and Derian Fritz of Glen Spey, NY, nieces, nephews and cousins; and her Lab Murphy. She was predeceased by her parents, husband, Jerry, and son John L. Fritz.

Burial with Military Honors will be in Orange County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Goshen on Wednesday, April 5 at 11:00 am.
