Dmytro Zaychenko

Dmytro was born on November 8, 1964, in picturesque Ukraine. He grew up in a loving family, where he was the youngest of three children. He was full of joy until the last days of his earthly life, enduring all of life's difficulties and trials with a smile on his face and lots of patience. He never complained but loved life and made the most of every situation. Most of all, Dmytro loved his grandchildren, David and Emilia. They were such a treasure and a great joy for him. He left this world on his birthday, leaving behind fond memories and warmth in our hearts. With his life, Dmytro showed us a great example: no matter what trials fate has in store for us, never complain and accept everything with a smile. He left behind a large family and great pain in our hearts but will always remain in our hearts and prayers!

We love you and miss until we met again.

Dmytro leaves behind his son and daughter-in-law Roman and Marta, grandchildren David and Emilia, stepson Oleksander, brother Vasyl, sister Antonina and many cousins and friends.

There will also be a visitation held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY.

Please join us in celebrating Dmytro's life at a Mass on November 12, 2025, at 9:30 AM at St. Andrew’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, Sarah Wells Trail, Campbell Hall, NY with a burial following in Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Church, Campbell Hall, NY.
