David Anthony Lindine, age 72, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at his home of 26 years in Montgomery, NY surrounded by family and friends.

David was born April 24, 1954 in Port Chester, NY to the late Jack and Lena (Mezzomo) Lindine.

He was a practicing attorney in Orange County for almost 50 years, of which he spent over 40 of those years with the Legal Aid Society Inc. zealously advocating for members of his community.

In his later years David enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and friends as well hunting with his beloved dog, Annie.

He is survived by his daughter, Adrienne Thiel (William) of Pine Bush, NY; daughter, Jacqueline Palmiotti (Alex) of Nashville, TN; son, Kristopher Lindine of Montgomery, NY; granddaughters, Adrienne and Lillian Thiel of Pine Bush, NY; grandson, Arthur Palmiotti of Nashville, TN. He was predeceased by his wife, Adrienne Lindine, as well as his brothers, Jack, Louis, and Robert Lindine.

A Memorial Service to Celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday, August 12th from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY.
