Carol A Stanton, age 59, of Middletown, NY died Friday, January 15, 2016 at ORMC-Orange Regional Medical Center of Middletown, NY. Carol was born December 22, 1956 in Middletown, NY. Carol is the daughter of John Green and Marilyn Simpson-Green. Carol was employed as a bus driver in Goshen, NY for thirty years. Carol is survived by her husband- Augustus W. Stanton Sr. at home; Children- Colleen Henry & husband David of Middletown, NY, Deborah Lynn Stanton of Middletown, NY, Augustus W. Stanton Jr. & wife Robin Lynn of Liberty, NY, Jason A. Stanton of Youngsville, NY, Marilyn Jean Stanton of Middletown, NY; Sisters & brothers- Joann Francois & husband Richard of Hougenot, NY, John R. Green Jr. of Newburgh, NY, Patricia Oetzal of Middletown, NY, Joseph Green & wife Karla of Pine Bush, NY, Jeffrey Green & wife Jodi of Pine Bush, NY, Sharon Green of Wallkill, NY; Eight grandchildren- Justin, Samantha, Emily, Lizabeth, Alexzandria, Rae-Lyn, Ethan, and Gracelynn; Several nieces & nephews; Carol is predeceased by many aunts and uncles. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 from 5pm until 9pm at Donovan Funeral Home at 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY 10924. Upon Carol's request, there will be cremation the following day at Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Carol's name to The American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
