Beatrice Jessup

Beatrice J. Jessup, age 95, of Goshen, entered into rest on Friday, August 14, 2015 at Elant at Newburgh, Newburgh, NY. Beatrice was born July 7, 1920 in Newburgh, NY, the daughter of Anthony and Hilda (Stephens) Ellert. She was the widow of Edmund Jessup. Beatrice retired from Horton Memorial Hospital, Middletown, as a Registered Nurse. She was a member of the Goshen Seniors. She is survived by her son, John Jessup and wife Betty of Goshen; two daughters, Alice Dedrick of East Aurora, NY and Joan Hoens and husband Frank of Goshen; sister, Patricia O'Malley and husband Joseph of Goshen; 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Edmund; 2 brothers, Robert and Charles Ellert and her granddaughter, Hilda Hoens Burial will be private in St. John's Cemetery, Goshen with the family.
