Barbara Rose Rubenstein Plainview, NY Barbara Rose Rubenstein, 77, of Plainview, NY died Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY. Barbara was born February 15, 1936 in Bronx, NY, the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Goishen) Rosenberg. She was the widow of Ralph Rubenstein. She is survived by her children, Lee Bam Rubenstein and wife Terri, Mark Rubenstein and girl friend Laura, Kari Connors Buono and husband Rick and Neil Rubenstein and girl friend Kathleen; brother, Paul Rosenberg and wife Ellen; sisters, Margaret Weintraub and husband Daniel and Cecile Bock; grandchildren, Cody Rubenstein, Kayla Connors, Kerryn Connors, Kerragin Connors, Isabella Rubenstein; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, husband, Ralph and sister Judith Sandman There will be no visitation. A Graveside service and burial will be held 10:30 am on Friday, October 11 at Cedar Park Cemetery, Emerson, NJ with Rabbi Rebbeca Shindler officiating.
