Arlene Curtis

Arlene Curtis, 66, of Chester, NY, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at home with her family by her side.

Arlene was born October 19, 1955 in Plainview, NY, the daughter of Esther and Jack Freiberg. She moved to Queens to work at a publishing company where she met her husband of 38 years and father to her three children, Raymond Curtis. She will be remembered by her children, Jeffrey, Michael, and Samantha as well as her grandkids, Bryan, Kaidan, and Grayson.

Arlene was a very bright and special person. She loved her most recent job as an aide in the Chester Elementary School. Arlene will be remembered most for her amazing crochet skills and delicious cookies, she baked every holiday. Arlene was loved by all who knew her.

A Funeral Service and Burial will be in Orange County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, 111 Craigville Rd., Goshen on Friday, September 9 at 1:45 pm.
