Anne Healy

Anne M. Healy, 74, of Middletown, entered into rest on Friday, June 17, 2016 at Westchester County Medical Center, Valhalla, NY. Anne was born January 24, 1942 in Bronx, NY, the daughter of the late Bernard and Annie (Star) Beackom. Anne retired as an Account Clerk from the Orange County Government Center, Goshen. She was a member of the Town of Wallkill Seniors, Mulberry House, and participated often in their classes, events and trips. Anne was in touch with all the senior groups and selflessly gave of her time and talents. She had a great love for the beach, with a summer home in Long Beach, LI, and had a passion for dancing and traveling. She is survived by her children, Christopher Healy and significant other Deana DeRosa of Goshen and Karen Murtagh and her husband Gerard of Montgomery; four grandchildren, Amanda and Nicole Healy and Kaeli and Brian Murtagh; her brother, Ben and his wife Kay Beackom of Woodbury, NY. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 22 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at St. John The Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen, NY. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Two of Anne's favorite charities were the NY Firefighters Burn Center Foundation, C/O.
