Anna Sokosits

Anna Sokosits, 96, of Goshen, NY passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Orange Regional Medical Center-Arden Hill Campus, Goshen, NY. Anna was born May 5, 1914 in Austria, the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Schabutl) Klanatsky. She was the widow of Frank Sokosits. She is survived by her daughter, Elsie Malanowski of Goshen; 2 siblings in Austria; sister-in-law, Margaret and husband Louis Oboikovits of Middletown; granddaughters Elaine Carter and husband Michael, Joan Logan and husband James and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her grandson, Stephen and 7 siblings. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 10:00 am at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Avenue, Goshen, NY 10924 Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Goshen. Arrangements are under the care of the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., Goshen.
