Ann Mediate

Ann C. Mediate, 94, of Middletown, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY. Ann was born March 10, 1921 in Fairport, NY, the daughter of Antonio and Lucia (Orsini) Masciangelo. She was the widow of Dominick Mediate. Ann is survived by her nieces and nephews, Sam and Ann Boxman, Bob and Linda Masciangelo, Steve and Bette Masciangelo, Rich and Ellen Hall and Florence Masciangelo; sister-in-law, Mary Masciangelo; and many great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Theresa, Louis and Anthony and her nephew, Anthony. Visitation will be Thursday, June 25 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. The Funeral Service will be held 10:00 am on Friday, June 26, 2015 in the Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Middletown, NY.
