Andre Honch

Andre Honch, 79, of Woodstock, Georgia formerly of New Windsor, NY, died Sunday, March 9, 2008 at Wellstar Kenneston Hospital in Marietta, Georgia. Andre was born May 12, 1928 in Ukraine, the son of Dennis Honcharuk and Marselina (Swederska) Honcharuk. He was the husband of Anna Pawlenko Honch. A parishioner of St. Andrews Ukrainian Catholic Church and 30 year resident of New Windsor before moving to Woodstock, GA. Andre was a wonderful husband, excellent father and loving grandfather, who will be dearly missed. He is survived by his wife: Anna Honch of Woodstock, GA; 2 sons, Roman Honch and wife Natalia of Woodstock, GA and Alexander Honch of Herndon, VA; daughter, Vycktoria Williams and husband Fowler of Woodstock, GA; sister, Milla Wainio of Allentown, PA; and 4 grandchildren, Alexandra Honch, Peyton Williams, Nora Williams and Maryn Nevala. Andre was predeceased by his son Chris A. Honch. Visitation will be Friday, March 14, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Funeral Mass will be Saturday, March 15, at 10:00 am at St. Andrews Ukrainian Catholic Church, Sarah Wells Trail, Campbell Hall, NY Interment will follow in Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Campbell Hall, NY.
