ADELAIDE PIETRI CHESTER, NEW YORK Adelaide Pietri, 96, of Chester, NY died Friday, November 6, 2009 at Kimball Medical Center of Lakewood, NJ. Adelaide was born May 17, 1913 in Puerto Rico. The daughter of Charles P. and Augustina (Robles) Pietri. She was the widow Alfred P. Westford. She retired as a Seamstress in the garment industry and was employed by Local 032, New York, NY. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of St. John's. She is survived by her son, Charles R. Westford and wife Beau of Thailand; daughter, Dolores M. Simpson of Monroe, NY; brother Charles E. Pietri of Illinois; sister, Emma Charbonier of Bronx, NY; 8 grandchildren, Laurie, Paul, Steven, Meena, Tara, Susanne, Salvatore and Dolores; several great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Frances Figluizzi, great grandson, Vincent J. Gibson, and grandson, John Anthony Figluizzi Visitation will be Monday, November 16, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church St., Goshen. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 17 at Sacred Heart R. C. Church, Still Rd., Monroe, NY. Burial will follow in St. Columba Cemetery, Chester.
